Introducing Saily’s business travel platform
On May 25, 2026, Saily launched its new self-service business travel platform for companies looking to manage their roaming, eSIM, or mobile network costs on their work-related trips. The goal of the Saily eSIM for business platform is straightforward — simplify the way that business travelers stay connected while abroad. Company administrators who manage a team’s eSIMs can easily add members, purchase data plans, and get invoices for every transaction, all within a single, user-friendly platform.
For those who’ll actually use the eSIMs, the setup process will be quick and easy, and they’ll be able to see their data plans and usage on the Saily app. It will be just as if they were looking at their plans purchased by themselves on their personal trips, providing a very familiar experience for those who have already used Saily while traveling abroad.
The difference? The person managing the company’s or team’s eSIMs can add data or plans with a handful of clicks on the self-service platform. And when you’re using Saily, you know that your employees will be able to browse the web safely with the app’s extensive security features.
How do you sign up for Saily’s business platform?
The beginning of your journey with Saily’s new self-service business travel platform is straightforward. All you have to do is log in using either your Apple, Google, or Microsoft account. Once you’re in, these are the steps you have to take to buy data for your team member:
Click “Add team member” or “Add” if you’re using the platform on your phone.
Type in the person’s first name, last name, and email address.
Click “Add data” and select the plan, which can be either country or region-specific.
Select the amount of data you’d like to purchase for your team member.
Click “Go to checkout” if you want to proceed with your purchase or “View team members” if you want to buy more plans.
If you do buy more plans, under “Actions,” click “Go to checkout” once you’re done picking out all of the plans.
Type in your company information and select a payment method to pay for the eSIM plan(s).
Once your purchase is confirmed, your team member will receive an invitation in their email inbox to activate the eSIM plan, and if they have used Saily before, link their account with the business account. The eSIM will have to be activated before a trip, or it will come online automatically 30 days after the purchase of the plan.
The price of each plan depends on the country or region. Region-specific eSIM data plan prices are shown in the table below:
Region | Number of countries where the plan will be active | Amount of data* | Price (length)** |
|---|---|---|---|
Africa | 35 | 20 GB | US$89.99 (30-day plan) |
Asia and Oceania | 22 | Unlimited | US$86.99 (30-day plan) |
The Caribbean Islands | 29 | 10 GB | US$46.99 (30-day plan) |
Europe | 35 | Unlimited | US$71.99 (30-day plan) |
Latin America | 12 | 10 GB | US$44.99 (30-day plan) |
Middle East and North Africa | 18 | 20 GB | US$54.99 (30-day plan) |
North America | 3 | 20 GB | US$54.99 (30-day plan) |
Global | 121 | 50 GB | US$129.99 (365-day plan) |
* The amount of data is the maximum gigabytes available per region. Other plans include lower amounts of data, and consequently, lower prices.
** The prices are valid as of May 28, 2026.
Following the purchase of each plan — or multiple plans in a single purchase — your invoice will be added to the “Orders” tab on the platform itself. It is imperative, though, that you add the company’s billing information when moving forward with the purchase so that those details reflect on the invoice for processing by your financial team — or you, if you’re part of the financial team!
That’s it — it’s that easy!
Benefits of using Saily’s business travel platform
Convenience is at the heart of the new self-service business travel platform. You can manage all of your team members’ eSIMs, add data plans, and get invoices without having to contact a sales manager and go through an extensive and time-consuming process. Don’t worry, though — Saily’s customer support team will always be ready to help if you do encounter any difficulties.
A fast way to buy multiple eSIM plans for your team
Having access to a self-service platform means that you won’t have to take the scenic route to obtain an eSIM for your team members or buy a physical SIM card at an airport to stay connected. Your team members will receive their eSIMs within minutes of purchasing a plan and will have to set up their eSIM before they leave on their business trip.
Monitor your team’s data usage and reduce costs
The platform also enables managers to monitor data usage and potentially reduce costs in the long run. If your team members do not use as much data as you have purchased, you’ll have access to statistics that indicate that. As a result, by overseeing long-term trends, you may be able to reduce your spending on data plans, since each individual team member has a separate plan. If one of your colleagues spends a lot of time traveling and joining meetings, while another typically does not require an online connection or uses less data, plans can be purchased accordingly.
As such, the ability to pick and choose each team member’s data plan might sound like a Sisyphean task with a lot of moving parts. But when you have data consumption analytics on hand, it enables you to make the right choices about the right data plans for each team member without much effort.
Automatic invoicing
Invoicing is automated, which is a major stress reliever for smaller and larger companies alike. For those managing a company’s eSIM plans on Saily’s business travel platform, invoices are available under the “Orders” tab on the left side of the site. On mobile, the page can be found after clicking the three dashes on the top right and clicking the button that reads “Orders.”
Saily’s security features
Saily’s benefits that are available to every user, including those who use eSIMs ordered through the platform. First, Saily’s eSIM plans are available in more than 200 destinations, with unlimited data plans being available in some countries and territories. If you want to browse the web without ads and save on mobile data — a study by West Coast Labs confirmed that Saily’s ad blocker, on average, reduces mobile data consumption by 28.6% — you’re free to use the app’s native ad blocker.
And if you want to block potentially malicious sites and limit online trackers, Saily’s integrated web protection will lend you a hand. Again, at no extra cost!
