Airport Services Terms and Conditions

  1. INTRODUCTION

    1. These Airport Services Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use and purchase of the Airport Lounge Pass and Fast Track Pass features (together, the “Airport Services”).

    2. These Terms, along with the Saily Terms of Service, form part of the legal agreement (the “Agreement”) between:

      1. you, the individual user of Airport Services (the “User”); and

      2. us, Saily (“Saily”, “we”, or “us”).

    3. Airport Services are provided to you in cooperation with DragonPass International Limited, registered in the United Kingdom at 173a Ashley Road, Hale, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA15 9SD (“DragonPass”).

    4. Upon using the DragonPass Airport Services, API or websites you are deemed to have accepted DragonPass’s Standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy, as may be amended from time to time, and which can be accessed at Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

    5. Airport Services are available only at participating airport lounge operators, fast track operators, and other facilities (“outlets”) that are part of the DragonPass service network.

  2. Airport Services

    1. Lounge Pass provides access to participating airport lounges worldwide.

    2. Fast Track Pass provides expedited security clearance at participating airports.

      Airport Services are provided in the form of a virtual pass accessible through the Saily mobile application. No physical pass or card will be issued.

  3. Eligibility and Usage

    1. To use Airport Services you must:

      1. have an active Saily account;

      2. reside in a country where Airport Services are offered;

      3. purchase an eligible Saily eSIM data plan that includes complimentary Airport Services or purchase relevant Airport Services through Saily app. Information regarding which plans include Airport Services will be made available on Saily’s website, mobile application, or in associated promotional materials;

      4. provide accurate, truthful, and current information when purchasing or using Airport Services.

    2. Lounge Passes

      1. Lounge Passes may be purchased in-app in advance or at entry, for yourself and your guests.

      2. Each Lounge Pass is valid for one person, one visit, and for the duration specified in your Saily account.

      3. Entry is not guaranteed and may be refused due to capacity limits, operational issues, security protocols, or other factors outside our or DragonPass’ control.

      4. A User may not access more than one lounge within any three-hour period.

      5. Misrepresentation of guest identity or other details is strictly prohibited.

    3. Fast Track Passes

      1. Fast Track Passes may be purchased in-app in advance or at entry, for yourself and for your guests.

      2. Each Fast Track Pass is valid for one person, on the chosen date, and within the thirty-minute time slot selected in-app.

      3. Children may be exempt from purchase at some airports, as shown in-app.

      4. Passes are non-transferable and require accurate passenger(s) details at the time of booking.

      5. The named passholder must present valid government-issued identification and a same-day flight boarding pass matching the booking details.

      6. Any attempt to use a pass by someone other than the named individual constitutes misuse and may result in suspension or permanent exclusion from Airport Services.

  4. Pricing and Complimentary Use

    1. Ultra plan users may receive complimentary Airport Services for personal use, subject to restrictions specified in these Terms, Saily Terms of Service and in Saily account. Complimentary passes are strictly for personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or exchanged for value.

    2. All other Users, or Ultra plan users purchasing additional passes, must pay the applicable fee. Prices are displayed in-app before purchase and may vary depending on location, demand, and availability. Discounts or promotions may apply.

    3. User may not use fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or chargeback schemes. Saily reserves the right to block accounts and payment orders suspected of payment fraud.

  5. Refunds and Cancellations

    1. Lounge Pass may be refunded within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided it is unused. Refund requests may be submitted via the in-app support chat or, if available, the auto-refund page. Once a pass has been activated at a lounge, it is considered used and non-refundable.

    2. Fast Track Pass cancellation and refund depends on the rules of the specific airport outlet, as shown before purchase. Some outlets do not permit cancellations. Where cancellation is permitted, the User must cancel within the stated timeframe to receive a refund. Fraudulent refund claims, including but not limited to claiming non-use of a pass that was in fact used, are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Saily account suspension.

  6. Account Changes

    1. If a User closes or deletes their Saily account, any unused Airport Services passes linked to that account will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to a new account.

  7. Service Limitations and Liability

    1. Airport Services are operated by DragonPass. Saily acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for service quality, outlet access, or operational disruptions.

    2. Possession of Airport Services passes does not guarantee entry. Participating venues may deny entry for security, operational, legal, or capacity reasons.

    3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saily shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to missed flights, loss of time, or lost opportunities arising from the use or non-use of Airport Services.

    4. Saily’s total liability for any claim related to Airport Services is limited to the purchase price of the affected pass.

    5. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

  8. Fraud, Misuse, and Suspension

    1. Saily may suspend, restrict, or permanently block a User’s access to Airport Services and Saily account if Saily reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or misuse.

    2. Fraud, abuse, or misuse includes but is not limited to:

      1. reselling or attempting to resell passes for commercial gain;

      2. sharing complimentary passes for Airport Services in violation of plan restrictions;

      3. falsifying personal details, including name or identification;

      4. using stolen or fraudulent payment methods;

      5. submitting false refund or cancellation requests;

      6. attempting to gain entry without a valid pass;

      7. using multiple Saily accounts to circumvent plan restrictions or obtain additional complimentary passes for Airport Services;

      8. attempting to manipulate or bypass the Saily app, payment system, or booking flows;

      9. engaging in disruptive, unlawful, or abusive behavior towards Saily staff, DragonPass staff, or participating venue personnel.

    3. Saily reserves the right to retain evidence of fraudulent behavior and to report suspected fraud to relevant payment providers, financial institutions, and law enforcement authorities.

  9. Privacy

    1. Saily acts as a data controller with respect to the personal data it collects and processes for the purpose of providing Airport Services. The collection and use of personal data are further described in the Saily Privacy Policy.

    2. In order to enable the provision of Airport Services, Saily shares certain personal data with DragonPass International Limited (“DragonPass”). Such data may include, but is not limited to, the User’s name, contact information, and flight information. DragonPass acts as an independent controller of the data it receives and processes for the delivery of the respective services.Users should review the DragonPass Privacy Policyfor details on their processing practices before the use of Airport Services.

    3. Where a User purchases Airport Services on behalf of a guest, the User represents and warrants that they are authorized to provide the guest’s personal data for this purpose, and that the guest has been informed about how their personal data will be processed.

  10. Complaints

    1. Saily is not liable for any disputes or claims that may occur between you and DragonPass. Any queries relating to the Airport Services quality offered by DragonPass should be addressed to DragonPass directly via [email protected].

  11. Changes

    1. Saily may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Saily app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of Airport Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
