TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAILY'S GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION

These are the Terms and Conditions of Saily's gift with purchase promotion (“Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are a binding contract between you and the organizer and sponsor of this Promotion, Saily Inc. (a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, under registration number 4419800, principal business address 330 N Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60611, United States of America; “Saily”). Please read them carefully before entering.
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of purchase.
Participants must purchase any Saily data plan of 10 GB or more for any destination (reflected on the Saily’s website or application; “Plan”) during the Promotion Period.
3% Saily Credits.
A one-time 20% discount applied at the time of purchase.
Saily Credits will be automatically added to the user's Saily account within twenty-four (24) hours after the purchase of the Plan. Users may view their current Saily Credits balance at any time through their Saily account profile. For additional details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Saily’s Rewards Program.
Instant 20% discount will be automatically applied during the checkout process if the selected Plan is eligible under these Terms and Conditions.
Detecting Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity: Protecting the integrity of the Promotion if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, such as fake accounts or misuse of the Promotion.
Abuse of the Promotion Framework: Addressing abuse of the Promotion’s framework, including bulk account creations.
Violation of the Terms: Suspending or terminating the Promotion if there are violations of Saily Consumer Terms of Service and/or these Terms and Conditions, such as providing false information.
Operational and Technical Issues: Resolving operational or technical issues that impact the Promotion's functionality or fairness.
Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements: Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Changes in Business Strategy: Adjusting the Promotion in response to changes in business strategy, such as shifting marketing priorities.
Ensuring Fairness and Integrity: Making necessary adjustments or canceling the Promotion to maintain fairness and integrity of Saily Services.
