TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAILY'S GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION

Effective Date: 23 July 2026

These are the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of Saily's gift with purchase promotion (“Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms, which together with Consumer Terms of Service, form a binding legal agreement between you and Saily (“Organizer”), so please read them carefully before entering.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the Consumer Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail solely with respect to matters relating to the Promotion.

1. Eligibility.

This Promotion is open to individual consumers purchasing Saily services for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided they meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their country or territory of residence (whichever is greater) at the time of purchase;

  • Purchase Saily data plan of 10 GB, 20 GB, or an Unlimited plan with a validity period of fifteen (15) days or more (“Plan”) via Saily’s official website or mobile application during the Promotion Period;

  • The purchase is made directly from Saily (not through resellers, third-party marketplaces, or unauthorized distribution channels).

For the purpose of these Terms, individuals who meet the above criteria are referred to as “Participant” or “Participants”.
Participation in the Promotion is limited to one (1) participation per user. The Promotion may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions offered by the Organizer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Purchase of a Plan is necessary. No entry fees apply to be eligible for the Promotion.
2. Promotion Period.
The Promotion starts on 23 July 2026 at 10:00 AM Central European Time (“CET”) and ends on 30 August 2026 at 10:00 AM CET (“Promotion Period”). The timekeeping device used by the Organizer is the official clock of the Promotion.
3. Gift.
Upon the successful purchase of an eligible Plan during the Promotion Period, each eligible Participant will receive the following gift (the "Gift"), depending on the purchased Plan:

  • 10 GB Plan: one (1) month subscription to the NordVPN Complete plan;

  • 20 GB Plan: Fast Track Pass feature; or

  • Unlimited Plan with a validity period of fifteen (15) days or more: Airport Lounge Pass feature.

Please note: The use of the Fast Track Pass feature and the Airport Lounge Pass feature is additionally governed by Saily's Airport Services Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of these Terms with respect to those Gifts. By redeeming or using either of those Gifts, the Participant agrees to be bound by the applicable Airport Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the Airport Services Terms and Conditions, the Airport Services Terms and Conditions shall prevail with respect to the use of the Airport Lounge Pass feature and the Fast Track Pass feature.
The Gift cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative items, services, or transferred to other users. Saily assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen Gifts due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., redeemed without the Participant’s permission), and replacements will not be issued. The Gift is provided as specified, with no additional items or services included.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of equal or greater value if the specified Gift becomes unavailable.
4. How to Participate and Gift Delivery.
During the Promotion Period, each Participant who satisfies the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 1 and successfully purchases an eligible Plan will automatically receive the applicable Gift. No additional action is required from the Participant to claim or receive the Gift.
The applicable Gift will be automatically assigned to the Participant's Saily Account and will be available and visible within the Saily mobile application interface immediately after the purchase of the eligible Plan.
Where a purchase is cancelled or refunded in accordance with Saily's refund policy or applicable law, the Participant will no longer be entitled to retain any Gift awarded in connection with that purchase. The Organizer may revoke, deactivate, or otherwise withdraw the Gift where technically feasible.
5. Privacy.
Saily will retain the information pertaining to the Services, as set out in Saily’s Privacy Policy. No additional information concerning any Participant will be collected, except for data related to participation in the Promotion (purchase details and information about the received Gift). Such data will be processed only for the purposes of (i) organizing and coordinating the Promotion, (ii) ensuring compliance with these Terms, and (iii) delivering the Gift.
6. Release and Limitation of Liability.
If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside control of the Organizer (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Saily that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion), Saily reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disallow any reward claims at its sole discretion or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
Saily assumes no responsibility for damages, losses, or injuries that result from acceptance of the Gift or participation in this Promotion, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Additional Terms.
Each individual participating in the Promotion was, is, and shall be bound by the Saily Consumer Terms of Service for the entire duration of their use of Saily services.
Saily reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time and without prior notice to Participants, including but not limited to in the following circumstances:

  • Detecting Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity: Protecting the integrity of the Promotion if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, such as fake accounts or misuse of the Promotion.

  • Abuse of the Promotion Framework: Addressing abuse of the Promotion’s framework, including bulk account creations.

  • Violation of the Terms: Suspending or terminating the Promotion if there are violations of Saily Consumer Terms of Service and/or these Terms, such as providing false information.

  • Operational and Technical Issues: Resolving operational or technical issues that impact the Promotion's functionality or fairness.

  • Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements: Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.

  • Changes in Business Strategy: Adjusting the Promotion in response to changes in business strategy, such as shifting marketing priorities.

  • Ensuring Fairness and Integrity: Making necessary adjustments or canceling the Promotion to maintain fairness and integrity of Saily Services.

Any attempt to manipulate the outcome or benefits of the Promotion, including but not limited to purchasing for resale, bulk account creation, multiple checkouts tied to a single individual or entity, or other exploitative behaviors, will result in immediate disqualification, revocation of Promotion benefits, and forfeiture of any Gift awarded or to be awarded.
8. Miscellaneous.
The Organizer's decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion shall be final, except where a Participant has rights under applicable law to challenge such decisions. Any difficulties in interpreting these rules and any disputes will be settled by the Organizer or by the competent courts.
9. Language Discrepancy.
In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between the provisions of these Terms and any statements, representations, or other information contained in any Promotion-related materials, advertising, or communications, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws specified in the Consumer Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers of the mandatory protections afforded by the laws of their country of habitual residence.
