TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAILY'S VOUCHERS

1.1. Vouchers are available to all individual users of Saily services for personal, non-commercial use.

1.2. By purchasing or redeeming a Voucher, users represent and warrant that they have full power and authority to enter into and be bound by Saily’s General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) and these Terms, including all associated obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties.

2.1. Vouchers may be purchased through Saily’s official website or mobile application during the promotional period starting on November 17 and ending on December 16, 2025.

2.2. Upon redemption, Vouchers are converted into Saily credits (“Saily Credits”).

2.3. Vouchers may be redeemed solely via Saily’s mobile application and cannot be used on any third-party platforms.

2.4. Vouchers may not be combined with any other promotions or coupon codes.

2.5. Vouchers cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized sale or transfer of a Voucher invalidates it immediately.

3.1. Following purchase, the user will receive a confirmation email containing the Voucher code.

3.2. To redeem a Voucher, open the Saily mobile application, navigate to the “Credits” tab, and simply enter the applicable code in the “Redeem a Saily voucher” section.

3.3. Upon successful redemption, the corresponding Saily Credits will be automatically credited to the user’s account and visible within the Saily account profile.

3.4. Unless otherwise indicated, Vouchers must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Expired Vouchers are void and will not be accepted or reactivated.

3.5. Saily reserves the right to decline redemption of any Voucher suspected of misuse, fraud, or obtained through unauthorized channels.

4.1. Saily Credits can be applied toward multiple future purchases of Saily data plans on the Saily website or mobile application.

4.2. Credits can be accumulated and used to cover up to 100% of an order's value, provided they are used by the same user who earned them.

4.3. If the order amount after applying Saily Credits is less than $0.50, users must either: i) cover 100% of the order value using Saily Credits, or ii) cover up to $0.50 of the remaining order amount in payment if they do not have enough Saily Credits in their Saily account to cover the full order.

4.4. Saily Credits may not be combined with coupon codes.

4.5. Saily Credits are non-transferable and may not be transferred to another user or used outside the Saily mobile application. They may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of monetary value, unless expressly stated otherwise by Saily.

4.6. Saily Credits are valid for one (1) year from the date the corresponding Voucher is redeemed, unless Saily’s account is terminated, in which case Saily Credits may be voided immediately.

5.1. Full refunds for unused (not redeemed) Vouchers can be issued to the original purchaser within thirty (30) days of purchase.

5.2. In such cases, only the amount actually paid by the purchaser (after any applicable discounts) will be refunded.

5.3. Once a Voucher has been redeemed and Saily Credits have been issued to the user’s account, the Voucher becomes non-refundable, and no refund or cash equivalent will be provided for any unused or expired Saily Credits.

6.1. Saily may modify, suspend, or terminate the Voucher campaign for various reasons, including but not limited to: i) protecting the integrity of the Voucher campaign if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, such as fake accounts or misuse of the Voucher campaign; ii) addressing abuse of the Voucher campaign’s promotional framework, including bulk account creations; iii) suspending or terminating the Voucher campaign if there are violations of General Terms and/or these Terms; iv) resolving operational or technical issues that impact the Voucher campaign's functionality or fairness; v) ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards; vi) adjusting the Voucher campaign in response to changes in business strategy, such as shifting marketing priorities; vii) making necessary adjustments or canceling the Voucher campaign to maintain fairness and integrity of Saily services.

6.2. Any such modification, suspension, or termination will not affect Vouchers that have already been redeemed or purchases that have been completed in accordance with these Terms.

7.1. If the Voucher campaign cannot operate as intended due to circumstances beyond Saily’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, technical failures, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, system errors, or any other cause that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper functioning of the Voucher campaign, Saily reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to disqualify any Saily Credits claims, or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Voucher campaign at its sole discretion.

7.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saily shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use or inability to use a Voucher or Saily Credits. Furthermore, Saily shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, or injuries of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Voucher campaign, the use or redemption of any Voucher, or the use of Saily Credits, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

8.1. Decisions made by Saily regarding any disputes related to the Voucher campaign are final. No correspondence challenging these decisions will be issued.

9.1. The Voucher campaign is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Any disputes arising in connection with these Program Terms and Conditions shall be settled by the courts of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Notwithstanding the above, applicable consumer protection laws will still apply for the purpose of protecting consumers.
