TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAILY'S VOUCHERS

1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Saily’s Vouchers (“Voucher Terms”) govern the purchase, receipt and use of vouchers (“Vouchers”) issued by or on behalf of Saily. By purchasing or redeeming a Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Voucher Terms, which form a binding legal agreement between you and Saily.
1.2. Voucher Terms are supplemental to and form part of the Saily Consumer Terms of Service (“General Terms”), available at https://saily.com/legal/terms-of-service/ (opens in a new tab), as well as the Saily Privacy Policy, available at https://saily.com/legal/privacy-policy/ (opens in a new tab). Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the General Terms.
1.3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Voucher Terms and the General Terms, these Voucher Terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency with respect to the subject matter covered herein.
1.4. Vouchers are available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and who hold a valid Saily account.
1.5. Please read these Voucher Terms carefully before purchasing or redeeming any Voucher.
2. VOUCHER
2.1. Vouchers may be purchased through Saily's website, the Saily mobile application, or through Saily's authorized resellers. Saily is not responsible for any additional terms, pricing, or representations imposed by authorized resellers.
2.2. Availability of Vouchers is not guaranteed and may vary by region or sales channel.
2.3. Upon redemption, Vouchers are converted into Saily credits (“Saily Credits”).
2.4. Vouchers may be redeemed solely via Saily App and cannot be used on any third-party platforms or websites.
2.5. Vouchers may not be combined with any other promotions or coupon codes, unless Saily expressly provides otherwise. In such cases, any exceptions shall apply only to the extent specified in the applicable special campaign terms.
2.6. Vouchers are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Vouchers cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized sale or transfer of a Voucher invalidates it immediately.
3. REDEMPTION OF VOUCHER
3.1. Following purchase, the user will receive a confirmation email containing the Voucher code.
3.2. To redeem a Voucher, open the Saily mobile application, navigate to the "Credits" tab, and enter the applicable code in the "Redeem a Saily voucher" section.
3.3. Upon successful redemption, the corresponding Saily Credits will be automatically credited to the user's account and visible within the Saily account profile.
3.4. Unless otherwise indicated, Vouchers must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Expired Vouchers are void and will not be accepted or reactivated.
3.5. Saily reserves the right to decline redemption of any Voucher suspected of being obtained or used through misuse, fraud, or unauthorized channels.
4. USAGE OF SAILY CREDITS
4.1. Saily Credits can be applied toward future purchases of Saily Data Plans or other Services on the Saily App.
4.2. Saily Credits can be accumulated and used to cover up to 100% of an order's value, provided they are used by the same user who earned them.
4.3. If the remaining order amount after applying Saily Credits is less than USD $0.50, the user must either: (a) cover 100% of the order value using Saily Credits; or (b) pay at least USD $0.50 of the remaining balance through an accepted payment method.
4.4. Saily Credits may not be combined with coupon codes, unless expressly stated otherwise by Saily. In such cases, any exceptions shall apply only to the extent specified in the applicable special campaign terms.
4.5. Saily Credits are non-transferable. They may not be transferred to another user, used outside the Saily platform, or redeemed for cash or any other form of monetary value, unless expressly stated otherwise by Saily.
4.6. Saily Credits are valid for one (1) year from the date the corresponding Voucher is redeemed. If a user's Saily account is terminated or permanently deleted—whether by Saily or at the user's request—any remaining Saily Credits associated with that account may be voided immediately.
5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
5.1. Full refunds for unused (unredeemed) Vouchers may be issued to the original purchaser within thirty (30) days of purchase.
5.2. Refund amounts are limited to the amount actually paid by the purchaser after any applicable discounts.
5.3. Once a Voucher has been redeemed and Saily Credits have been issued to the user's account, the Voucher becomes non-refundable. No refund or cash equivalent will be provided for any unused or expired Saily Credits.
6. MODIFICATIONS
6.1. Saily reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Voucher program at any time for any of the following reasons:
(a) protecting the integrity of the Voucher program where suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, including the creation of fake accounts or misuse of the program;
(b) addressing abuse of the Voucher program's promotional framework, including bulk account creation;
(c) responding to violations of the General Terms and/or these Voucher Terms;
(d) resolving operational or technical issues that impact the program's functionality or fairness;
(e) ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
(f) adjusting the program in response to changes in business strategy or marketing priorities; or
(g) maintaining the overall fairness and integrity of Saily's services.
6.2. Any such modification, suspension, or termination will not affect Vouchers that have already been redeemed or purchases that have been completed in accordance with these Voucher Terms prior to the effective date of such change.
7. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. If the Voucher program cannot operate as intended due to circumstances beyond Saily's reasonable control—including, but not limited to, technical failures, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, system errors, or any other cause that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper functioning of the program—Saily reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to disqualify any Saily Credits claims, or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Voucher program at its sole discretion.
7.2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saily shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use or inability to use a Voucher or Saily Credits. Saily shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the Voucher program, the use or redemption of any Voucher, or the use of Saily Credits. In any event, Saily's total aggregate liability under these Voucher Terms shall not exceed the face value of the Voucher(s) at issue. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
